I blend the best of modern life coaching with time-tested biblical principles and authentic empathy.
I believe in the life-changing power of turning to God in our pain which is why I include biblical concepts in my approach. While life coaching is effective by itself, it becomes far more powerful and reaches far deeper into your life when we factor God into it.
But you don’t have to be Christian or even believe in God! I’ve worked with clients from many religious and non-religious backgrounds to transform their lives. Life coaching is all inclusive. If you prefer to leave out the biblical component, we can. Or you can try it out and see if it speaks to you. Life coaching is an individual experience and you’re a full partner in the experience.

Coaching differs from therapy. Therapy typically focuses on working through past traumas, and therapists can make a mental health diagnosis. Coaching focuses on your future and how to move past all the mental roadblocks keeping you from living your best life. As your coach, I help you work through your pain and struggles, shift your mindset, and achieve your dreams.
